How are plants shipped?

 

Plants are posted bare rooted. The soil has been removed prior to posting. This is the safest method to post succulent plants as the substrate they are grown in is heavier than the plants and if posted in a pot would result in damage to the delicate plants.

 

The plants are well wrapped in tissue to protect them in postage.

Plant Passports will be attached to your itemised invoice.

 

Plant sizes

The plant pictured on the website is indicative of the plant you will receive. It will be the same size and condition. The majority of our plants are grown in 5.5cm nursery posts and are ready for 7cm pots. Please bear this in mind when ordering,

 

Postage & Prices

Plants will be posted Royal Mail second class and you will receive email notification when the order is dispatched.

Plants are posted for a flat rate of £5.00 regardless of the quantity purchased.

Postage for pots and bowls are calculated volumetrically.

Small parcel £5.00

Medium Parcel £7.00

Large Parcels £12.00

 

We post orders out Monday to Friday as soon as the plants have been de-potted and inspected. We aim to dispatch within 48 working hours of receiving your order weekends excluded

 

Availability

Items are sold subject to availability. We do our upmost to ensure our stock levels on the website are up to date, however plants are living things, and we would rather not post poor quality plants. If there is an issue with availability for your order, we will contact you prior to posting.

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched cancellation will not be possible.

We only post to England, Scotland, Wales, and the Channel Islands.

What if I have an issue with my order?

In the unlikely event you are have any issues with your order, please contact us immediately with a brief description of the issue and a photograph. We will try and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Please email eastoftecheveria@gmail.com
